1) Acceptance
By accessing or using Pre-TGE Market, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2) Nature of Service
Pre-TGE Market is a neutral marketplace/escrow for pre-TGE deals (rights/allocations before token creation/listing). We do not provide investment advice, broker securities, underwrite, or control market prices/liquidity.
3) Eligibility
You must be of legal age and capacity, not sanctioned/restricted, and ensure compliance with local law where you reside.
4) KYC/AML & Compliance
We may require KYC/KYB, AML checks, wallet verification, and supporting documents. Failure or refusal may result in restricted or denied access.
5) Escrow & Collateral
Deals are codified in escrow with two-sided collateral (percentages per template). Unlock/Release/Timeout/Rollback follow the contract rules and agreed terms.
6) Fees & Taxes
Fees may include trading fees, listing fees (if any), and on-chain gas. See Pricing on the Website. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
7) Acceptable Use
Prohibited: money-laundering, terrorism financing, fraud; market manipulation or misinformation; IP/data violations; technical attacks; spam/phishing; KYC/AML evasion; unlawful asset sales.
8) Trade Disputes
Complaints must include accepted proof taxonomy (on-chain tx, custodial receipts, e-sign agreements). Timeout applies; auto-resolution may trigger per rules. The marketplace may assist but is not obliged to arbitrate.
9) Risks
Pre-TGE entails high risk: TGE delays/cancellations, lower liquidity, price volatility, counterparty risk, and jurisdiction-specific legal risk. You act at your own risk.
10) Disclaimer / No Advice
All information is for informational purposes only; not investment, legal, or tax advice. No warranty of profits, continuity, or error-free services.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pre-TGE Market and affiliates are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages, lost data/profits, or opportunity costs. If liability arises, it is limited to the fees you paid for the related trade.
12) Intellectual Property
All content, marks, logos, documentation, and software belong to us or our licensors. No copying/modification/commercial use without prior written approval.
13) Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate access upon T&C violations, suspected fraud, failed KYC/AML, or for legal/compliance reasons.
14) Changes
We may update these T&C at any time. Updates are effective upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
