Wallet/On-chain: wallet addresses, escrow interactions (hash/txid), balances relevant to deals
Trade Data: terms, collateral %, proofs (minimum necessary)
Technical/Analytics: IP, user agent, cookies/LocalStorage, anonymized telemetry
KYC/KYB (if applicable): identification docs via vetted third-party providers
2) Purposes
Operate marketplace/escrow; process deals and disputes; legal compliance (KYC/AML); fraud prevention; product analytics; service notifications.
3) Legal Bases
Contract performance • Legitimate interests • Legal compliance • Consent (where required).
4) Third Parties
Infrastructure/cloud/CDN/security; analytics; KYC/AML; email/notifications — shared minimally under data-processing agreements.
5) Storage & Retention
Secure servers/buckets with access controls. Retain per legal/AML/KYC requirements and business needs; delete/anonymize when no longer needed.
6) Your Rights

Encryption in transit (and sometimes at rest), environment separation, least-privilege access, logging/alerting, incident response, and breach notifications where required.

B. Risk Disclosure

C. Community Policy
Be respectful; no harassment or hate speech.
No spam, scams, malware, or phishing.
Never share sensitive data (KYC documents, private keys, seed phrases).
Follow #rules in Discord; violations may lead to warning/mute/ban.
D. API/Developer Policy (if applicable)
Use of API/SDK (if published) must respect scopes, rate limits, and data-protection laws. Prohibited: unauthorized user-data collection, scraping private endpoints, re-identification attempts.
